Welcome to Nebunode LLC ("Nebunode," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the Nebunode website, dashboard, automated node deployment, aggregation, management, and reward distribution services (collectively, the "Services").
Section 1) ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By signing up for early access, creating an account, connecting a wallet, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
By accessing or using the Services, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and are located in a jurisdiction where operating blockchain nodes and using the Services is legal.
Section 2) MODIFICATIONS TO THE AGREEMENT
Nebunode reserves the right to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the website or email. Continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Section 3) SERVICES OVERVIEW
Nebunode provides automated tools for blockchain node deployment, aggregation, management, and reward distribution across supported networks including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Intrana.
All Nebunode products are created with the intention of operating compliantly within the United States, following legal guidelines for Virtual Asset Service Providers, including implementation of the IVAN system and KYC/AML procedures.

Section 4) ELIGIBILITY AND USER OBLIGATIONS
4.1 Eligibility
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, you are located in a jurisdiction where the Services are legal, you are not on any U.S. sanctions list, and you will complete KYC/AML verification when required.
4.2 User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any illegal purpose, attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the platform, misrepresent information during KYC or account creation, or introduce harmful code or attempt unauthorized access.
Section 5) ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
You must register an account and complete KYC/AML verification to access full features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and connected wallets. Nebunode is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to secure your account.
Section 6) WALLET CONNECTION AND ASSETS
When you connect a wallet, you authorize Nebunode to view and interact with your wallet solely for providing node deployment and management services. You remain in full control of your private keys and assets at all times. Nebunode does not custody your funds.
Section 7) PAYMENTS, FEES, AND REWARDS
You may incur fees for node deployment and management services. Rewards earned through the platform are subject to blockchain network rules, slashing risks, and fees. Nebunode does not guarantee any specific reward amounts or uptime.
Section 8) INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All software, tools, and content provided by Nebunode are the exclusive property of Nebunode LLC. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Services.
Section 9) DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Nebunode disclaims all warranties regarding node performance, rewards, or availability.
Section 10) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nebunode's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential damages, or losses due to slashing, network issues, or wallet security failures.
Section 11) GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Van Zandt County, Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
